About the position

Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic Sr. Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in SaaS services marketing and a passion for supply chain management. This strategic, high-impact role is essential for building awareness and understanding of Blue Yonder's services portfolio, particularly in how these services can accelerate time to value for customers. Given the increasing importance of services in designing supply chains that meet corporate and regulatory sustainability goals, this position will also focus on driving marketing initiatives related to sustainability. In this role, you will collaborate closely with peers in marketing, product management, and enablement to develop content, positioning, and creative go-to-market strategies. The goal is to ensure that customers achieve the best possible experience and outcomes when partnering with Blue Yonder. You will work with services leaders to define outcome-oriented messaging and content for the services portfolio, which will be utilized in sales, awareness, and demand generation efforts. Additionally, you will partner with product and services teams to create content that highlights how Blue Yonder can assist customers in realizing their sustainability goals more quickly. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with marketing and enablement teams to integrate services and sustainability into new product introductions, ensuring that customers receive the best experience possible. You will work alongside marketing, sales, and industry leaders to align services packages with retail and manufacturing solutions, presenting these services in a customer-centric manner. Furthermore, you will engage with sales and service leaders to analyze customer churn and design service strategies aimed at reducing ongoing churn rates.

Responsibilities

  • Define outcome-oriented messaging and content for the services portfolio used in sales, awareness, and demand generation.
  • Collaborate with product and services teams to create content demonstrating how Blue Yonder helps customers achieve sustainability goals.
  • Partner with marketing and enablement teams to integrate services and sustainability into new product introductions.
  • Align services packages with retail and manufacturing solutions in collaboration with marketing, sales, and industry leaders.
  • Analyze customer churn with sales and service leaders to design strategies that reduce ongoing churn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in marketing or a hi-tech field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of services marketing experience, preferably on SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with and understanding of supply chain software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
  • Proven track record of partnering with and leading cross-functional teams for product launches and go-to-market programs.
  • Experience defining and measuring how marketing efforts support business goals.
  • Strong internal communicator and collaborator.
