About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Speed Marketing at Amazon's North America Stores is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer experiences for 'need-it-now' shopping missions. This role requires collaboration across various teams to integrate fast shipping into the customer shopping journey, leveraging technology and data to drive improvements and scale marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for need-it-now shopping missions
  • Create and report performance across marketing channels for senior leadership reviews
  • Partner with product, tech, design and creative teams to integrate and improve fast shipping customer experience throughout the shopping journey
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop testing roadmaps, learning agendas and best practices to grow awareness and adoption of fast shipping

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
  • Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
