About the position

The position at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation involves shared management of the Surgical Endoscopy product portfolio, requiring cross-functional collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders. The role focuses on executing company initiatives, managing product commercialization, and adapting to evolving protocols and business methods. The incumbent is expected to work with urgency and maintain focus on changing priorities within the division.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Surgical Endoscopy product portfolio, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through presentations, site visits, and attendance at conferences.
  • Coordinate with global marketing to identify KOLs for new product development and feedback.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and market knowledge for the product franchise, including competitor offerings and customer preferences.
  • Support sales demonstrations in collaboration with sales management and field personnel.
  • Develop and drive strategic plans for the Surgical Endoscopy platform, including commercialization and marketing plans.
  • Engage in future pipeline discussions with product management, R&D, and marketing teams.
  • Lead commercialization activities for new products throughout their lifecycle, including launch and post-launch support.
  • Assist in managing trade show participation and execution of events.
  • Provide technical assistance and training on product operations and requirements.
  • Develop product evaluation protocols and lead on-site evaluations.
  • Create tactics to promote the clinical and economic benefits of Fujifilm technology.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent degree related to healthcare or biology.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in a marketing capacity.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Surgical Endoscopy/MIS medical devices with a strong clinical background.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Availability to travel up to 70% of the time, including evenings and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of general, thoracic, colorectal, bariatric surgeries, gastroenterology, and/or pulmonology related products and procedures.
  • Familiarity with the United States healthcare systems and dynamics.
