About the position

The Sr Product Marketing Manager for VetConnect PLUS (VC+) at IDEXX Laboratories will lead a small team to communicate the clinical and economic value of the product. This role involves collaboration with global marketing and customer-facing teams to enhance product adoption and utilization among IDEXX diagnostic customers. The position requires strong leadership in both software product management and team dynamics, aiming to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead VetConnect PLUS product marketing by leveraging customer insights to create impactful value messages.
• Promote customer adoption and utilization by understanding VC+'s value proposition and enhancing customer loyalty.
• Provide leadership for VC+ program with Field Support Representatives, Customer Support, and Medical Consulting, managing training and self-service initiatives.
• Gather competitive intelligence on the diagnostic and integration portal landscape.
• Foster collaboration between the Dx SW product marketing team and CAG commercial teams to address customer needs effectively.
• Act as an ambassador for VC+ across the organization globally.
• Create awareness of NSAT and other value drivers, initiating discussions with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
• Establish quarterly VC+ CRBs in collaboration with the VC+ Product Management and Commercial Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Strong product marketing experience with a blend of commercial and product management expertise.
• Experience in Marketing, Customer Service, or Sales is required.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset to influence stakeholders and drive results across teams.
• Ability to bridge commercial, product, and R&D organizations with a structured approach to solution implementation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, facilitating collaboration and solution implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
