Responsibilities

  • Craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with diverse customer personas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across product management, sales, customer experience, marketing, and external partners.
  • Partner to build product strategy by bringing customer and market insights into product discussions.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end go-to-market strategy and manage multiple high-stakes projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in product marketing, product management, user experience or a related field.
  • Project experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leading successful product launches and enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise software industry, specifically UX-driven solutions.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
