About the position

This role at Adobe is pivotal in managing all aspects of the Elements business, which includes Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, as well as the bundled offerings of these two products. The position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including annual and quarterly budget planning, marketing and promotional planning and execution, and the development of in-product communications. The individual will be responsible for product planning and revenue management, ensuring that all aspects of launch execution are coordinated effectively with cross-functional teams. The role requires close collaboration with the retail channel and OEM sales teams, as well as product managers to drive new features for each annual release and develop comprehensive product plans. The successful candidate will manage a Direct Marketing Manager, focusing on developing strategies for new user acquisition, upgrade paths, and trial conversion emails. Additionally, the role involves creating social media, paid media, and search campaigns, as well as producing new feature and overview videos for product launches. Analyzing results and optimizing programs will be a key part of the job, along with managing a creative agency for all creative deliverables. Furthermore, the individual will oversee the Web Experience Manager, who is responsible for the layout, development, and execution of Adobe.com web pages. This includes executing quarterly promotions, driving launch updates, localization, and ensuring effective launch day execution. Testing and optimizing web pages based on analytics will also be a critical responsibility, ensuring that the digital experience is continually improved and aligned with user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the Elements business including Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred or 7+ years in Product Marketing or marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as manage hands-on execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
