The role requires close collaboration with the retail channel and OEM sales teams, as well as product managers to drive new features for each annual release and develop comprehensive product plans. The successful candidate will manage a Direct Marketing Manager, focusing on developing strategies for new user acquisition, upgrade paths, and trial conversion emails. Additionally, the role involves creating social media, paid media, and search campaigns, as well as producing new feature and overview videos for product launches. Analyzing results and optimizing programs will be a key part of the job, along with managing a creative agency for all creative deliverables. Furthermore, the individual will oversee the Web Experience Manager, who is responsible for the layout, development, and execution of Adobe.com web pages. This includes executing quarterly promotions, driving launch updates, localization, and ensuring effective launch day execution. Testing and optimizing web pages based on analytics will also be a critical responsibility, ensuring that the digital experience is continually improved and aligned with user needs.
