About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Financial Services at DocuSign is responsible for developing and communicating the value of DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) solutions tailored for the Financial Services and Insurance industries. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving marketing effectiveness to enhance customer engagement and demand generation.

Responsibilities

  • Own messaging and assets that highlight the value of DocuSign IAM applications and solutions, targeting the Financial Services and Insurance industries.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to generate demand, convert opportunities, and drive awareness by activating your solutions messaging.
  • Support the development and prioritization of our GTM strategy and product roadmap for applications targeting the Financial Services and Insurance industries.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify customer needs, refine messaging, and prioritize go-to-market opportunities in the FINS industry.
  • Develop and maintain feedback loops with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met and content is performing with key customer audiences.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and key trends in the FINS vertical.
  • Partner with International Solutions Marketing team members in-region to support localization and transcreation of priority content for international markets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years product marketing or equivalent GTM experience in the B2B SaaS space.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant experience.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Field Enablement, in a B2B setting.
  • Proven ability to understand and distill complex topics into simple, compelling messaging that is understandable for non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance.
  • Experience working in or marketing to the Financial Services and Insurance industry.
  • Experience in one or more of the following categories: eSignature, Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or other business process automation tools.
  • Experience marketing or selling multi-product solutions.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management teams to develop long-term product roadmaps for software solutions.
