About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at SHI, you will be a visionary storyteller responsible for bringing the benefits and capabilities of products and solutions to life. This role requires a strong 'can do' attitude, an entrepreneurial drive, and an inquisitive desire to continuously improve. You will collaborate closely with product owners and growth marketing teams to define and deliver Product Marketing support for both existing and new SHI-developed cloud solutions and services. Your focus will be on creating differentiated messaging and a clear value proposition that resonates with target audiences, ensuring a solid understanding of the solution capabilities. In this position, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across SHI, including functional leadership, subject-matter experts, sales teams, writers, designers, and analyst relations. This collaborative environment will allow you to contribute to the design of effective, high-quality marketing materials. You will be expected to give and receive constructive feedback, always aiming to enhance the SHI brand. Responsibilities

  • Supporting increased awareness and adoption of SHI-developed cloud services and solutions, both internally and externally.
  • Utilizing a wide variety of marketing channels including website solutions and services pages, blogs, product and customer testimonial videos, sales collaterals, press announcements, events and webinars, social media, and RFP content.
  • Developing differentiated messaging and positioning to guide marketing campaigns and accelerate sales efforts.
  • Creating content with direct responsibility for messaging and articulating the value proposition across multiple media formats and channels.
  • Collaborating with peers across the marketing organization for additional copy writing, digital marketing support, events management, and project management support.
  • Managing the production of product marketing activities and assets.
  • Maintaining brand integrity across all initiatives and communications.
  • Collaborating with internal business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create targeted content for various buying personas and stages of the SHI customer journey.
  • Supporting Demand Generation and Sales Enablement teams with market knowledge and targeted content.
  • Supporting Voice of the Customer activities and working with product teams to ensure continual development of SHI services and solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' product marketing experience in the technology industry
  • Completed bachelor's degree
  • Experience with cloud platform domains such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Hybrid Cloud, Cloud-Based AI Services, Managed Services, etc.
  • Experience in content creation and collaboration with creative design teams
  • Excellent copywriting ability
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Ability to create compelling and exciting messages that help drive engagement.
