About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager at ASML will lead the product management and marketing efforts for HMI's eBeam inspection products. This role is crucial for developing market strategies and roadmaps that position HMI as a competitive player in the eBeam inspection market. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership skills to understand customer needs and drive product development and market penetration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the market strategy and roadmap for HMI's eBeam inspection products.
• Conduct comprehensive understanding of key customer requirements in semiconductor markets.
• Define product roadmaps that establish HMI's competitive advantage.
• Develop marketing plans and product roadmaps to drive product definition, design, and development.
• Evaluate financial aspects of product developments including budgets, expenditures, and projected R&D costs.
• Create use cases, marketing materials, sales collateral, and market communication plans.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or above in electrical engineering, physics, chemical engineering, IC manufacturing, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing and product management with knowledge in defect inspection, process control, and yield engineering.
• Demonstrated successes in product development and marketing strategies in the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
• Experience managing product management/marketing teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in e-beam technology is a plus.
