About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for eSignature Self-Serve at Docusign, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption, cross-sell, and upsell of the eSignature product line. This position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer journey and optimize marketing strategies across digital channels, ultimately contributing to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Digital Customer Success, Sales, and Product Management to create compelling campaigns that drive acquisition, adoption, and upsell opportunities through owned and paid channels.
  • Uncover customer insights to improve the customer journey, drive better experiences, and account growth, then refine and optimize messaging based on these insights.
  • Partner with the Product, Digital Experience, and Pricing teams to shape how the in-product narrative evolves and scales to attract, engage, and retain different segments across the eSignature product line.
  • Build a community of customer evangelists by driving a consistent narrative, in partnership with Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Experience with product-led growth strategies.
  • Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations.

  • Proven track record of working with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • MBA from a credible school.
