About the position

The Senior Product Operations Manager at Anywhere Real Estate is a key role within the Product & Technology team, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of critical product initiatives that drive the company's growth. This position requires collaboration with technical teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure product excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business product owners, product managers, and technology teams to prioritize infrastructure and operations features within product roadmaps.
• Partner with technical leads and product managers to gather requirements and groom backlog items, providing guidance for projects impacting the platforms.
• Lead change management efforts and proactively drive initiatives related to business unit organization.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand current and future skill needs and develop learning & development programs accordingly.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in organizational development, talent management, and learning & development.
• Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst or in a related field.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements, performing gap analyses, creating user stories, test cases, and wireframes.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Ability to document system design, create specifications, flow charts, and other related diagrams based on needs.
• Ability to lead by influencing others, especially in cross-functional and executive settings.
• Well-versed in defining roadmaps and collaborating with teams that employ agile/scrum methodologies.
• Strong consensus and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic.
• Ability to use Jira to manage a backlog and Confluence to document product and project information.
• PMI-PBA, CBAP, CSPO Certification is a plus.
• Results-oriented with the ability to support multiple initiatives and projects concurrently.
• Self-starter with excellent analytical skills and ability to summarize information and key findings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization.
