What you'll be doing is functioning as a Product Owner for backlog prioritization, feature sequencing and organization, user acceptance testing, etc. May also function as a proxy PO to influence, guide and handle responsibilities of a product owner. * Collaborate and communicate with various product teams, BAs, testers, etc. to understand product features * Collaborate with the team to write placeholder user stories * Lead/facilitate product backlog refinement * Work to understand products end to end to help the team understand what is available and what isn't * Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with technical and non-technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Function as a Product Owner for backlog prioritization, feature sequencing and organization, user acceptance testing.

- Lead/facilitate product backlog refinement.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working as a Product Owner in a complex environment.
- 3+ years of experience in product backlog refinement and writing user stories.
- 3+ years working in an agile environment, strong agile mindset, Scrum certification like CSM or CSPO preferred.
- Self-starter with focus on PEOPLE and BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Prior experience working as a business analyst preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Scrum certification like CSM or CSPO preferred.
