About the position

As a Senior Product Portfolio Manager at HERE Technologies, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product strategy across various teams and business units. Your role will involve facilitating cross-business unit strategy projects, leading strategic portfolio planning, and ensuring alignment of portfolio strategy among stakeholders. You will validate the portfolio strategy's fit in both horizontal and vertical markets and implement a structured product portfolio taxonomy to enhance team alignment and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-business unit strategy projects with a focus on actionable outcomes.
• Lead strategic portfolio planning to balance investments across solution portfolios and performance horizons.
• Align portfolio strategy across stakeholders to ensure unified direction and execution.
• Validate the fit of our portfolio strategy in horizontal and vertical markets, supporting effective go-to-market strategies.
• Implement a structured product portfolio taxonomy and architecture that supports team alignment, impact assessment, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product portfolio management, strategy, or related fields.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with proficiency in portfolio analysis, investment planning, and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders across functions, from senior leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, with experience in tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms to evaluate portfolio metrics.
• Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing complex projects with a focus on near-term execution and long-term goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading through influence and presenting insights to senior executives.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively navigating change and adapting to new business needs.
