The Sr. Product Reporting Manager will play a crucial role in developing reporting capabilities and delivering insights for the Product Performance team at a large medical device company. This position requires a strong focus on building and managing reporting roadmaps, assessing business performance metrics, and standardizing product KPIs across various regions. The role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders and requires onsite presence in San Jose, CA on specific days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage reporting roadmaps for Global Analytics Organization
• Create reports to assess monthly and quarterly business performance metrics
• Navigate complex datamarts, build processes and scale decision reports to create information flow
• Define and standardize the products KPIs across regions and build a vision for product data models
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders within Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and BI/IT Teams

Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience in Product Performance within the Finance Field
• 3+ Years of experience in marketing, product or finance
• Strong data visualization and Power BI skills
• Experience with SQL, R and Python
