About the position

The Sr. Product/Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional projects for the law enforcement and national security team, focusing on modernizing tools and infrastructure, enhancing UI/UX, and integrating AI capabilities into Dynamics D365. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across multiple product organizations. The manager will be responsible for tracking project deliverables, facilitating planning cycles, and implementing best practices for product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize requests from law enforcement and national security teams during semester planning.
  • Collaborate to gather new business and legal requirements and incorporate them into tools and products.
  • Modernize legacy infrastructure and tools used by the law enforcement and national security team.
  • Work on UI/UX updates and introduce AI capabilities in Dynamics D365.
  • Engage with other teams to fulfill legal obligations and ensure planning cycles are aligned.
  • Create, maintain, and track project level information, including status updates and action items.
  • Support product management with clarity and decision-making across teams.
  • Establish and implement best practices for high-quality execution and product delivery.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate proactive planning.
  • Support planning across multiple product organizations, ensuring roadmaps and timelines are aligned.
  • Manage, track, and drive alignment with partner teams on critical project deliverables.
  • Identify and implement knowledge management tools to maintain and share team knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams (5+ years).
  • Experience working with engineering teams to understand and document requirements (5+ years).
  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques to prioritize conflicting priorities (5+ years).
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps and Dynamics D365 (5+ years).
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Product management certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP.
  • Design skills: creating beautiful layouts and UX designs using tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of basic AI concepts (LLMs, ML, prompt engineering, etc.).
  • Experience with developing and implementing organizational frameworks, standards, and processes.
  • Ability to influence others inside and outside of the direct team.
