About the position

The Sr. Product Testing Analyst for HOKA Innovation is a key role focused on leading product testing initiatives for the HOKA footwear line. This position involves creating and executing testing processes, managing an innovation tester database, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that HOKA footwear meets high standards of fit, performance, and durability. The role requires a blend of creativity and scientific understanding, with a strong emphasis on perception and durability testing, as well as mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead product testing for the HOKA Innovation team across multiple categories and genders.
• Create and execute innovation product testing processes and test plans.
• Recruit and manage an innovation tester database.
• Communicate testing results and insights to cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and train new and existing analysts to ensure consistency in testing practices.
• Develop best practices for innovation product testing.
• Conduct focus groups and interviews to gather consumer feedback.

Requirements

• High school degree required; a two or four-year college degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in research, data collection, and results analysis.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the footwear industry.
• In-depth knowledge of footwear product testing processes.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in training or mentoring team members.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and product testing software.
• Understanding of footwear components, materials, and production processes.
