About the position

AMDEX is looking for a Sr. Production Manager to support the CISA's cybersecurity Production and Requirements management. This role is crucial in identifying, prioritizing, routing, tracking, planning, and managing analytic production requirements, including requests for information (RFI), to and from IOD's analytic work centers. The Sr. Production Manager will coordinate with other organizations to direct and meet analytic information needs effectively. In this position, the individual will analyze CIRCIA reporting and other data sets to inform CISA leadership, recommending adjustments to the triage of reporting based on changes in the operational environment and adversary activities. The role involves performing continual analysis of cyber analytic requirements and supporting the tracking and routing of inbound and outbound information and production requirements to fill information and analytic gaps. The manager will match information assets and capabilities against information requirements and needs, ensuring that critical and priority information requirements are gathered in a timely manner to meet current operational needs. The Sr. Production Manager will also ensure that requests for information (RFI) needed for assessment, analysis, product development, decision support, and standing information requirements are validated and actioned. This includes identifying, prioritizing, routing, tracking, and managing both ad hoc and standing information and analytic production needs. The individual will establish and assess the efficiency of existing information exchange and management systems, modifying and implementing new methods of managing analytic production needs. Coordination with external stakeholders will be essential to facilitate efforts to meet information needs, answer RFIs, and close analytic gaps.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, route, track, plan, and manage analytic production requirements including requests for information (RFI).
• Analyze CIRCIA reporting and other data sets to inform CISA leadership and recommend adjustments to reporting triage.
• Perform continual analysis of cyber analytic requirements.
• Support tracking and routing of inbound and outbound information and production requirements to fill analytic gaps.
• Match information assets/capabilities against information requirements.
• Ensure critical and priority information requirements are gathered in time to meet operational needs.
• Validate and action requests for information (RFI) needed for assessment and analysis.
• Identify and prioritize critical and priority information needs/requirements.
• Use IOD's standard operating procedures to manage analytic production requirements.
• Establish and assess the efficiency of existing information exchange and management systems.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to meet information needs and close analytic gaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years demonstrated experience providing cybersecurity analysis and support to cyber management operations.
• Motivated self-starter comfortable working in an environment requiring establishment of new functions with incomplete documentation.
• Strong time management and analytic skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with CISA requirements.
