About The Position
The Senior Production Process Analyst will analyze production and process flows to ensure accuracy of scheduling attributes in the ERP system and will build and maintain throughput and lead time data to support production planning and forecasting. The Senior Production Process Analyst will also perform impact analysis of incoming engineering changes, coordinate implementation with production and determine schedule impacts with installation and production planning. This role will work across functions and departments to document processes and drive improvements to ensure efficient flow of information for production execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in aerospace manufacturing and compliance, change management, process mapping and ERP system routings and attributes. Behaviorally they will be comfortable working across teams to gather data and establish clear and concise communication and information paths. Organizationally, they will report to the Director, Operations Strategy and Planning and be a member of the Production Planning team.
