About the position

The Sr. Program Integration Manager (PIM) for AWS Marketplace is responsible for scaling the ICMP program and building the partner program office to enhance software procurement and deployment for the U.S. Intelligence Community. This role involves business development, program management, and collaboration with AWS partners to drive strategic growth and compliance with government contract requirements. The position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex environments to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ICMP Partner Programs office for ICMP.
• Lead key relationships with commercial and WWPS partners overseeing listings in AWS Marketplace.
• Drive delivery of processes and requirements for ICMP, serving as the primary liaison to FDO.
• Develop programs and education to manage and scale onboarding of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
• Prioritize ISV onboarding into ADCs with WWPS Partners and AWS Partner Organization leadership.
• Build and manage project schedules/plans to support project delivery and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver on milestones, anticipating bottlenecks and managing escalations.
• Drive and manage selection for partners to onboard into ICMP.
• Understand technical requirements of government customers and guide internal development teams accordingly.
• Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.

Requirements

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
