The Senior Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting and influencing the launch of Amazon's global business initiatives across various sectors including consumer products, digital initiatives, and cloud computing. Responsibilities

• Own and manage lifecycle activities from planning to project closing for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead automation projects to design processes and tools for improving financial statement accuracy.
• Support the expansion of Amazon's business by implementing controlled processes for financial statements.
• Act as a consultant to various stakeholder teams across Amazon.
• Make impactful decisions to drive project completion.
• Collaborate with diverse teams within Amazon.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree, CMA, or CPA certification.
• PMP certification.
