About the position

The Sr. Program Manager - Employee Experience at Amazon Fulfillment Technology will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and inclusion within the organization. This role involves collaborating with business and HR leaders to develop and implement impactful strategies, assess organizational health, and ensure measurable progress towards business goals. The position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and translate strategies into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Employee Experience strategy and initiatives, leveraging mechanisms to update business leaders on progress and impact.
  • Build employee experience plans aligned with business objectives, developing goals and strategies.
  • Implement and scale initiatives globally across diverse and multifunctional organizations.
  • Provide consultations to HR Business Partners and senior leaders to develop reports, metrics, and research.
  • Maintain employee data integrity.
  • Partner with HR teams to foster a more inclusive environment.
  • Establish alignment with HR Business Partners and Recruiting Teams, earning trust across various levels.
  • Act as an advisor to DEI community teams and affinity groups.
  • Collaborate with Central teams to share best practices and deploy effective tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 7+ years of experience in an HR or business function
  • 3+ years of relevant employee engagement and/or DEI experience.
