About the position

Responsibilities

• Create and manage roadmaps for new solutions to prevent and mitigate fraud.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and optimize outcomes.
• Work with Technology, Machine Learning, and Operations teams to deliver projects.
• Analyze and identify specific instances of risk and broader risk trends.
• Develop scalable solutions for fraud prevention and customer friction points.
• Build operational and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams.
• Drive issues to resolution and present insights effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related field.
