About The Position
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Program Manager to support high-impact clinic billing-based process transformation and process improvement projects. This is a critical initiative involving the transition from one billing vendor to another, with a strong focus on program management and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with leadership, including VPs and Directors, to keep the project organized, on track, and moving forward—allowing the Project Director to focus on strategic direction while you handle the day-to-day coordination. This role requires strong project management skills, a Type-A attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
