Workday is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead procurement customer experience and communications. This role is pivotal in enhancing the end-user experience and ensuring that employees feel connected and inspired in their work environment. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller who is passionate about customer success and has a knack for driving change through creative communication. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for reimagining the way we think about end-user experience, with the goal of increasing satisfaction and engagement within the Global Procurement Office (GPO). You will act as the voice of the employees, advocating for their needs and ensuring they have the resources necessary to perform at their best. In this position, you will cultivate and grow the brand and voice of the GPO, focusing on improving user experience and satisfaction. You will gather and analyze internal customer feedback through NPS surveys, creating a persistent feedback loop for continuous improvement. Your role will also involve driving the adoption of project launches through effective change management and establishing success measures to track program effectiveness. You will develop and facilitate a strategic communications program that enhances the organization’s visibility and establishes GPO as a thought leader in the industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating messaging that communicates GPO's journey in utilizing Workday for procurement processes. This includes developing internal and external executive presentations, managing communication materials, and enhancing intranet sites to improve user experience. You will oversee initiatives and projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed effectively and that the intended outcomes are achieved.
