About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Digital Customer Experiences at Rockwell Automation is responsible for defining and activating the digital customer experience strategy, including a 3-5 year roadmap and sustainability initiatives. This role involves collaboration with various teams to design and develop new digital experiences, advocate for customer needs, and lead the data strategy to maximize value. The position requires strong leadership skills to influence organizational initiatives and ensure the delivery of digital solutions that meet business objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and activate the digital customer experiences strategy, including a 3-5 year roadmap and sustainability strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Digital Customer Experience for services and build digital services business models.
  • Collaborate across teams on the design and development of new digital experiences aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Engage customers to validate and test digital experiences, advocating for their needs and developing best practices.
  • Collaborate with Market Intelligence, Capabilities, Operations, and Enterprise Customer Experience Teams.
  • Help define and establish a customer-focused approach for digitizing services.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence to drive large-scale initiatives forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial customer-facing roles in a services selling environment
  • Minimum 5 years' experience launching and supporting products and services
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with design thinking methodology and customer journey mapping
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing projects from initiation to closure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with customer voice (VOC) efforts
  • Experience in operationalizing sustainability in digital strategies
