About the position

The Sr. Program Manager for the Americas Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team plays a crucial role in developing scalable solutions for both internal and external partners. This position focuses on understanding complex processes, optimizing existing workflows, and creating new structures to enhance delivery services. The role requires a strong emphasis on data analysis, customer-centric solutions, and effective collaboration across various teams to ensure program success and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own an important business area for the organization and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Analyze complex business data to generate actionable insights and drive solutions.
• Create alignment on shared goals and interact with senior leaders to drive progress.
• Develop and implement the Monitoring and Enforcement Plan (MEP) for compliance needs across the DSP business.
• Build mechanisms to monitor and enforce DSP compliance with program policies and requirements.
• Optimize existing processes and drive improvements to help the program scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
• PMP certificate.
