About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation at Oceaneering is responsible for leading the IT aspects of a transformative ERP project aimed at enhancing the company's digital infrastructure and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing the deployment and integration of the ERP system across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective collaboration among various teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP implementation project.
• Work closely with cross-functional Business teams, including IT, HR, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Applications, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure & Operations, IT Finance, and Security.
• Coordinate with the System Integration Vendor to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the ERP system.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP implementation, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and successes.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables.
• Resolve conflict through active listening, critical thinking, and decisiveness.
• Escalate all issues to the appropriate decision makers in a timely manner, with a complete set of facts, alternatives, and recommendations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging best practices and lessons learned to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure that the ERP implementation adheres to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of management experience within a large, global organization.
• 5+ years of experience in managing large scale global ERP implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related Field.
• MBA Degree.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
