About the position

The Senior Program Manager for Experience Design at Icario will play a pivotal role in managing and executing multiple concurrent projects that enhance the experience of clients and employees. This position is part of the newly formed Integrated Experience Group, which focuses on improving healthcare engagement through design-thinking and systems-thinking approaches. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the team's culture and vision.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage ongoing voice of the customer initiatives across the organization
• Plan and manage key strategic initiatives initiated by the Integrated Experience Group
• Provide clear and consistent communication of projects to both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage strategic partners and vendors such as web design firms, print vendors, and creative consultants to execute Integrated Experience initiatives
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple ongoing projects with internal stakeholders and external customers
• Exposure to Agile values and principles
• Strong listening skills to understand both spoken and unspoken needs of stakeholders
• Refined communication and collaboration skills to engage with individuals at all organizational levels
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving company while embracing change
• Experience in research and analysis with a balanced approach
• Previous experience as a Producer or Program Manager in design, product, or design research teams
• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a startup environment
