As a Sr. Program Manager, HR Operations at Tenstorrent, you'll take on a strategic and operational role, managing key HR programs and vendor relationships while ensuring our processes scale effectively. If you thrive in building efficient, scalable HR processes and managing complex programs, we want to work with you! This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities

  • Manage key HR programs, ensuring vendors and internal teams have the structure and support they need to operate effectively.
  • Partner with benefits vendors to optimize offerings and improve employee support.
  • Oversee immigration vendor relationships, ensuring they have the necessary policies, documentation, and processes to operate smoothly.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR policies related to benefits, immigration, and compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data and efficient workflows.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the HR compliance calendar, ensuring all deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Track and ensure completion of required employee training programs and compliance initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits and reporting efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Programs or HR Operations, with exposure to both benefits and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Sharp eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to drive processes.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Track record of building scalable processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
