About the position

The Sr Program Manager - Network Solutions and Operations is responsible for overseeing internal business projects and programs that involve cross-functional teams. This role focuses on project and program management, ensuring that products are delivered through the design process to completion. The manager will plan and direct project schedules and budgets, monitor projects from inception to delivery, and may engage with external vendors. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with operational leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams.
• Plan and direct project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor projects from inception through delivery.
• Engage and oversee the work of external vendors as needed.
• Assign, direct, and monitor the work of program management staff.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to Program Managers in functional areas.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze and transform needs into functional requirements.
• Work with operational leaders to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Create business requirements documents, test plans, and user training materials.
• Develop, define, and execute plans, schedules, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in program management.
• PMP Certification (and/or comparable coursework).

Nice-to-haves

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• ITIL Certification.
