About the position

The Sr Program Manager - Network Solutions and Operations at Molina Healthcare is responsible for overseeing internal business projects and programs that involve cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Manage internal business projects and programs involving cross-functional teams.
• Plan and direct project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor projects from inception through delivery.
• Engage and oversee the work of external vendors as needed.
• Assign, direct, and monitor the work of program management staff.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to Program Managers in functional areas.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze needs and transform them into functional requirements.
• Work with operational leaders to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Create business requirements documents, test plans, and user training materials.
• Develop, define, and execute plans, schedules, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in program management.
• PMP Certification (and/or comparable coursework).

Nice-to-haves

• Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• ITIL Certification.
