About the position

The Sr. Program Manager for New Seller Success at Amazon is responsible for defining critical seller milestones and developing strategies to help global businesses accelerate their growth in Amazon's store. This role involves driving alignment on value-added programs for sellers and creating tailored plans to enhance their success. The position requires a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, operational planning, and the ability to manage change effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Own the working backwards roadmap for sellers to accelerate growth.
  • Determine when to develop standardized programs worldwide versus customizing by region.
  • Work cross-functionally with Program, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to drive new seller success.
  • Create mechanisms to audit success and report worldwide progress.
  • Align on the roadmap and proactively manage change control.
  • Lead experiments with new tools and processes to remove obstacles and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to operational planning and scaling both Seller Onboarding and New Seller Success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • 5+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience with complex problem solving and navigating ambiguity.
