About the position

The Sr. Program Manager for Product & Process Development and Remediation at Philips is responsible for driving simplification, standardization, and compliance in product development processes, particularly in response to the Consent Decree. This role involves managing complex problems, providing strategic vision, and ensuring alignment with innovation and product roadmaps while overseeing audit outcomes and integrating findings into product processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategy for product and process development.
• Manage complex problems and address difficult issues related to product compliance.
• Act as project manager, partnering with business and R&D leadership.
• Ensure portfolio alignment with innovation and product roadmaps.
• Manage audit outcomes and integrate self-audit findings into processes.
• Accountable for program plan and schedule, resolving interdependencies with other workstreams.
• Represent Product & Process Development in PMO governance mechanisms.
• Communicate status and escalations with executives at various levels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in program and portfolio management.
• Expertise in program management within a matrixed environment.
• Experience in innovation, product development, quality assurance, and operations.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshin, 6-sigma).
• Understanding of Quality System Regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 803, 806 & 820).
• Master's degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
