About the position

The Sr Program Manager at SitusAMC is responsible for overseeing and managing a program of multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. This role emphasizes strategic planning, process improvement, and effective communication to drive project success and operational efficiency within the Technology Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for process improvement and develop business processes and procedures.
• Manage program changes and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on program progress, risks, and issues to senior-level stakeholders.
• Develop and execute program and project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage program and project budgets, forecasting, tracking, and reporting on financials.
• Identify and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams, coaching and motivating team members to meet project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Decision Sciences, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, including 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in program and senior project management.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong program and project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and team management.
• Experience with business measurement frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard or Objectives and Key Results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with business architecture and capability modeling.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Experience with tools for creating Program Dashboards, such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
