About the position

The Sr Program Manager at SitusAMC is responsible for overseeing and managing a program of multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. This role emphasizes strategic planning, process improvement, and effective communication to deliver projects on time and within budget while contributing to the growth and maturity of the Technology Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for process improvement and develop business processes and procedures.
• Track program changes and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to senior-level stakeholders and team members.
• Develop and execute program and project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage program and project budgets, including forecasting and tracking financials.
• Identify and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams, coaching and mentoring team members to ensure engagement and alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Decision Sciences, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, with at least 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in program and senior project management.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong program and project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with business architecture and capability modeling.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Experience with tools for creating Program Dashboards, such as Tableau and Azure DevOps.
