About the position

The Sr. Program Manager for Seller Fulfillment Services (SFS) at Amazon is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and implementing innovative fulfillment solutions. This role involves managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, develop, implement and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals and solutions to increase adoption of fulfillment solutions.
• Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions.
• Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
• Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain, and fulfillment operations.
• Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
• Manage cross-functional teams and/or third-party vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
