About the position

The Sr. Program Manager, Service Operations at Lucid is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Field Service programs portfolio. This role involves managing complex projects, driving cross-functional alignment, and engaging with Field Service teams to enhance overall performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with global teams, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the existing Field Service project portfolio, managing several projects in partnership with cross-functional business partners.
  • Develop processes to intake and manage Field Service operational improvement requests.
  • Create, execute, and maintain standards, policies, and programs that enhance Field Service and develop a world-class service experience.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop, maintain, and drive different Field Service strategies and processes.
  • Manage the implementation, engagement, and ongoing success of existing field service programs.
  • Prepare and present reporting for key business initiatives to Executive, Stakeholder, and Field Service audiences.
  • Create and archive presentations for regularly scheduled and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Engage with Field Service Centers to identify opportunities for program enhancement and support successful service center performance.
  • Maintain detailed project trackers and critical workstreams to ensure projects are completed on time, driving stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate regular updates on cross-functional business initiatives, reporting on program health, progress, and impact.
  • Support stakeholders and project teams with key updates, including preparation of presentations for senior leaders and executives.
  • Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience in project coordination, project management, and/or related function.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous Automotive Field Service experience required.
  • Prior experience leading multiple projects on-time and within budget in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with a tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Emotionally intelligent and collaborative team player with demonstrated bias for action and ability to execute at a high level.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and/or Tableau experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with project planning tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excited about the future of automotive luxury and sustainable mobility.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
