About the position

The Sr. Program Manager, Service Partnerships at Rivian is responsible for coordinating a large, complex, multi-disciplinary project. This role requires a proactive individual who can synchronize various teams and components to meet program requirements and timelines efficiently, while fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordinator for a large, complex project.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project tracking tools accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Manage repair campaigns for large fleets of vehicles, understanding vehicle service operations and tooling requirements.
  • Continuously monitor service campaigns against established roadmaps and deadlines, identifying gaps in service infrastructure.
  • Proactively engage with internal and external partners to bridge gaps and ensure service campaigns stay on track.
  • Utilize analytical and strategic thinking to tackle complex problems and develop effective solutions under pressure.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and pressure-test various scenarios to ensure robust plans are in place.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to promote collaboration and ensure program success.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional partners and field service teams to gather feedback and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Support the formalization of program documentation and establish standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • PMP Certification Preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain effective project tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with audiences of varying sizes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a knack for implementing structured solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Naturally curious and open-minded, with a passion for fostering innovation.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes and organizational needs.
