The Sr Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives at AWS Industries is responsible for driving strategic programs and managing cross-functional teams to execute on these initiatives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with ambiguous requirements to create clear project plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a data-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing priorities across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for strategic accounts.
• Own the creation and delivery of compelling, executive-level presentation materials (slides, scripts, messaging documents, and customer stories).
• Write compelling copy that captures readers' attention across a variety of mediums and channels, maintaining the executive and organization brand voice and style.
• Earn trust, provide expert counsel, and effectively communicate with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
• Exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes.
• Collaborate effectively with senior executives, their leadership teams, marketing, sales, and technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
