About the position

The Data Program Manager at Atlassian will drive the program strategy for data initiatives within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and data visualization to enhance understanding of TA performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create efficiencies and unlock quality data. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, committed to delivery excellence, and adept at making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the program strategy for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with TA goals and objectives.
  • Leverage experience in advanced analytics and data visualization to enhance understanding of TA performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers to drive data initiatives.
  • Ensure TA delivery teams have access to necessary data and enhance reporting usage for data-driven execution.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Analyze and report on program and performance outcomes using industry standard approaches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics focused roles, ideally in TA/HR/People organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in analytics and project management or program management, with a proven track record of using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data analytics best practices.
  • Experience in the global technology industry is preferred, ideally supporting an organization of 5K+ employees.
