About the position

As a Sr. Program Manager for the US&C Eats Scaled Sales team at Uber, you will be responsible for building and executing data-driven strategies to drive merchant acquisition across the US and Canada. This role involves collaborating with various cross-functional teams to lead high-impact initiatives, ensuring operational performance, and communicating effectively with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 100+ person sales organization through the BPO network to drive merchant acquisition at scale.
• Drive analysis on strategic decisions and inform key business initiatives to improve the experience and sentiment with Uber Eats.
• Design and execute high-impact initiatives to scale Uber Eats' merchant acquisition strategy.
• Improve operational performance through quantitative issue identification, root cause analysis, and improvement rollouts.
• Build, define, lead, and improve business policy KPIs and sales metrics.
• Generate and distill insights into meaningful product, support, sales, and operational improvements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for best sales and operational practices.
• Communicate effectively with senior regional leaders on projects and priorities, organizing and leading meetings, and providing actionable feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or sales function.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or other programming languages.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
