About the position

As a Senior Program Manager within WW Business Process Re-Engineering at Apple, you will lead large-scale initiatives that enhance supply chain capabilities and optimize processes across global logistics teams. This role focuses on driving efficiency, minimizing costs, and improving customer satisfaction through innovative technology and business process solutions. You will collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define and implement strategic roadmaps that align with Apple's Global Logistics strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead medium to large size, global cross-functional projects.
  • Identify business process re-engineering opportunities.
  • Define, build, and roll-out innovative technology and business process solutions.
  • Work with senior management to define process and capability roadmaps.
  • Conduct situation analysis and audit of current organization/process/data and systems.
  • Perform gap analysis of as-is vs. to-be processes.
  • Propose and drive new solutions for global or local processes.
  • Develop metrics such as customer satisfaction and business impact.
  • Use analytical skills to inspire change and rationalize solutions.
  • Serve as liaison to Operation teams for solution capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IS&T to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Drive the design and management of procurement/materials solutions for customers.
  • Define and run business process and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead change and implement new ideas effectively within Apple culture.
  • Develop project justification proposals and obtain executive approval.
  • Capture and synthesize detailed global business requirements and design specifications.
  • Facilitate project-related testing, roll-out, training, and post-mortem work.
  • Define and implement KPIs for operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of broad supply chain management exposure with expertise in areas like logistics and procurement.
  • Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and development life cycles (Agile & Waterfall).
  • Experience planning and managing medium to large projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • 10+ years of broad supply chain management exposure.
  • MS or MBA in a related field is preferred.
  • Passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle deadlines.
  • Ability to summarize key points and tie them back to business objectives.
