About the position

The Sr. Program Manager at CNXN Helix will lead multiple large, complex AI-driven projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives. This role requires strong technical project management skills to plan and execute large-scale projects involving internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple complex AI program engagements, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Provides technical leadership in AI infrastructure, modeling, and data management.
• Develops and executes AI strategy initiatives in collaboration with engineering, product management, and sales teams.
• Collaborates with advisory services to align project goals with client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, AI, Computer Science or related field.
• PMP Certification required; ITIL and AI specific certifications preferred.
• Experience in managing large-scale AI-driven projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps, data pipelines, and AI/ML model lifecycle management.
• Proficient in MS Project, Salesforce CRM.
