Responsibilities

• Utilize process flexibility to adapt and work outside traditional frameworks when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and remain responsive to customer needs.
• Manage change effectively while delivering outcomes.
• Fix sales systems for sales teams and understand software development and delivery processes.
• Handle complex technology, data, information, and analytics.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of program/project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in leading business partners through transformations.
• Experience in data delivery and managing enterprise projects from initiation to deployment, including user adoption and change management.
• Strategy and operating model experience, with the ability to implement future state operating models.
• Experience in data management, governance, and analytics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Waterfall, Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and Product Mode Delivery.
• Change management activation experience as part of delivery.
