About The Position
As a Sr Programs Manager within the People Strategy, Programs and Enablement team at Confluent, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing execution efficiency and delivering impactful programs and projects that facilitate the company's growth. This position is designed for a strategic thinker who can act as a force-multiplier, ensuring that the People and Places function operates smoothly and effectively. Reporting directly to the Director, you will serve as a centralized resource, collaborating closely with various centers of excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects that align with the overall business strategy and transformation goals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, large-scale initiatives from inception to deployment. This includes defining project scopes, establishing execution milestones, and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. You will lead planning processes by engaging with key stakeholders to translate concepts into actionable plans, while continuously seeking ways to improve and scale the People organization. Your ability to share project frameworks, tools, and best practices will be crucial in increasing delivery efficiency across the organization. You will also be tasked with proactively identifying and resolving obstacles, balancing competing priorities, and maintaining fluid communication with project stakeholders. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to influence alignment among diverse teams, ensuring accountability and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will create and deliver comprehensive documentation and presentations for complex projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
