About the position

The Sr. Project Analyst for Special Operations at McLane is responsible for driving projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation.
• Manage project scope and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Determine daily priorities and ensure efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
• Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating and articulating ideas to senior management.
• Identify and initiate projects, manage resources, and drive the resolution of issues.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and implement solutions.
• Monitor progress and results, recognizing improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or business analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to set goals and define milestones.
• Strong organization and time management skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, efficient, and attentive to details.
