About the position

The Sr. Project Manager for HOKA Global Integrated Marketing at Deckers Brands is responsible for leading the execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns. This role involves managing complex projects across multiple regions and seasons, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of global marketing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and internal communications for global integrated marketing campaigns.
• Own and maintain all logistics for campaigns and strategic initiatives, including campaign budget planning and managing day-to-day agency relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Systematize HOKA's agency engagement process and continuously evaluate project management tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related field; Master's Degree / MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency account management, and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Asana.
