About the position

The Sr. Project Manager will oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and close-out of Fujifilm operations projects. This role involves developing project scope, budget estimates, and schedules for various projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to corporate standards while managing multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage distribution network analysis and assist in designing a state-of-the-art distribution network.
  • Synthesize data to model storage and throughput capacity of the distribution network.
  • Develop plans for renovation, new construction, and building closure projects, considering architectural, engineering, and budgetary feasibility.
  • Manage overall project schedules and budgets, providing alternative approaches to space and facilities planning.
  • Develop and coordinate network crisis management plans for natural disasters and business continuity events.
  • Create and maintain master project plans to ensure timely processing of construction, renovation, and movement of staff and equipment.
  • Lead internal and external project teams by providing necessary direction, information, and schedules.
  • Support Facilities and Distribution Managers with RFPs and space planning.
  • Coordinate multi-business unit requirements with external vendors, contractors, consultants, and architects.
  • Provide expertise in the education and application of Project Management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline (construction management, architecture) or equivalent work experience.
  • 8 years of Project Management experience.
  • Ability to lead teams of internal and external resources.
  • Experience utilizing LEAN implementation tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Nice-to-haves

  • Operations experience preferred.
  • Business continuity experience preferred.
  • LEAN training preferred.
