About the position

The Sr Project Manager, PMO - Duals role at Molina Healthcare focuses on enhancing process improvement, managing organizational change, and overseeing project management activities. This position is responsible for estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues and risks associated with various complex projects that span multiple areas within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on process improvement and organizational change management.
  • Manage project management activities including estimating, scheduling, costing, and planning.
  • Develop detailed project plans, communication plans, schedules, and role definitions.
  • Assess projects for potential problem areas and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Organize complexity into manageable work plans and estimate staffing requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 PM course required.
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or a related field in lieu of degree acceptable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional formal training in project management preferred.
  • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired.
