About the position

The Sr. Project Manager / Professional Civil Engineer position at Halff Associates focuses on managing Water and Wastewater Utility projects. The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pipeline and facility design, planning, and modeling, as well as the ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage Water and Wastewater Utility projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning, design, and implementation.
• Coordinate with clients and support staff to ensure project success.
• Utilize AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, and InfoWater (or similar software) for project design and modeling.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil.
• 10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater Utility projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), preferably in Arkansas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater treatment is a plus.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater, WaterCAD, or SewerCAD.
